Personal Fitness Training
Studies show that 30 minutes of moderate activity 5-7 days a week is associated with a 30-40% lower risk of heart attack or stroke. In fact, your level of fitness may be a better predictor of death than other risk factors like smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Need help getting moving?
Personal training isn’t just for the rich and famous or athletes anymore. You, too, can have a go at it! How many times have you told yourself you’re going to workout but have always found an excuse not to? We all have our lulls with motivation. Some days, you just don’t feel like doing anything but bum around on the couch. That’s where a personal trainer comes in! Because doing something is better than doing nothing and working out with a buddy is more fun than exercising alone.
I will work with you one-on-one and take you through a variety of workouts that will get your heart pumping! Time will be used efficiently to maximize the workout and its benefits. Everything will be personalized to your fitness level but you will be pushed to explore your limits and introduced to new exercises.
