Where to Begin

Have you ever wanted something in your life but found you couldn’t achieve it alone? Do you feel stuck and don’t know how or where to start to regain your health? See if health coaching is right for you!

Sometimes taking the first step can be difficult but it helps to be clear on what you want. Create a vision. Write it down or put it in a drawing. Ask yourself “how important is it to you that you have it?”

When what you want is important enough for you to have, then set an intention to achieve it. Commit yourself to a plan for success.

The Plan

“If you want something you’ve never had, you must be willing to do something you’ve never done.” – Thomas Jefferson

  • Identify why you’ve been procrastinating. What scares you most? What’s the worst thing that could happen? How would you overcome it?
  • Set small goals and action steps. Make a list and timeline.
  • Schedule time to complete your activity and just do it.
  • Celebrate and reward yourself for your achievements.
