BREATH, BODY, AND BALANCE
Good news! I will continue to teach taichi and qigong at the Federal Way Community Center in the new year! We will focus on taichi basics and the 8-Yang form to help improve your balance and coordinate your breath and body.
Taichi (“Breath, Body, and Balance”): Wednesdays 8:30-9:30am starting 1/14/15
Drop-in qigong: Fridays 8:00-9:00am starting 1/16/15
