Do you hear a lot about mindfulness and wonder what it is? Do you struggle with being mindful in your life?

If you missed this workshop in Covington, I will be presenting it again in Federal Way. We will go over the importance of mindfulness as well as its attitudinal foundations which you can read more about here. We will put them into practice in the context of a politically active year with a few exercises to help you integrate mindfulness into your life in order to promote peace in  yourself as well as enhance thoughtful communication. This is a participatory workshop so please come with an open mind and curiosity!
