QIGONG: BODY, BREATH, AND RELAXATION

Good news! I’ll be giving another Qigong workshop this summer in July! And, if you’re interested but unable to attend this time, I’ll be repeating the workshop again in October so stay tuned!

Qigong is an “energy exercise” that connects the mind and body to promote healing. Learn to use your breath in a simple practice to help circulate your body’s energy and connect with others. Even if you’ve come before, you’re welcome to come again! You will leave this workshop feeling both energized and relaxed!

Please wear comfortable loose clothing.
