Breath, Body, and Balance
Have your ever noticed how your posture affects your breath? Or how one side of your body is stronger than the other and this affects your balance? Learn how to connect your breath, body, and balance through gentle joint warm-up exercises, taichi, and qigong (breathing exercises).
I will be teaching a 7 week class at the Federal Way Community Center this fall on Wednesdays from 8:30-9:30am starting 9/10-10/22 and again from 10/29-12/17. You will learn taichi basics as well as the 8-Yang form.
I will also be leading a drop-in qigong class on Fridays from 8-9am starting 9/12/14 at the Federal Way Community Center.
