January Workshops

Mark your calendars for these upcoming workshops in January!

I will again be offering my annual “Get Back On Track For The New Year” workshop. Learn to set realistic resolutions, establish intentions, and create an outline of your goals for the year. During this workshop, I will help you prioritize and break down your goal into attainable steps so you stay on track all year and beyond! Even if you came last year, you’re welcome to come revisit your goals and make new ones.

I will also be leading a Qigong workshop at the Kent Library. Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is an “energy exercise” that connects the mind and body to promote healing. Learn to use your breath in a simple practice to help circulate your body’s energy and connect with others. You will leave this workshop feeling energized, relaxed, and ready for the year to come! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
