Happy Fall! Come join me at my two free workshops this month at the Federal Way Library.
Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is an “energy exercise” that connects the mind and body to promote healing. Learn to use your breath in a simple practice to help circulate your body’s energy and connect with others. Even if you’ve come before, you’re welcome to come again! You will leave this workshop feeling both energized and relaxed! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
In the second workshop, prepare yourself for the holiday season with some “Tips and Tools to Help You Survive a Busy Life.” You will learn some simple things to do throughout the day to help you stay calm and sane as well as optimize your health.
Both workshops will be interactive and fun! Bring your friends!
