ONGOING TAICHI AND QIGONG CLASSES
Join me for taichi and qigong at the Federal Way Community Center! In the taichi “Breath, Body, and Balance” class, we focus on taichi basics and the 8-Yang form to help improve your balance and coordinate your breath and body. In the “drop-in Qigong” class, I will lead you through simple breathing exercises to help bring awareness and relaxation through your body.

I have also started a Saturday morning taichi class from 8-9am at the Sporting Club at Glen Park Apartments in Federal Way, WA. If interested in this class, please contact me directly for directions. (Note: no class on Saturday, 3/5/16)
