SUMMER BONSAI SOLSTICE

Join me and the Federal Way Community Center Taichi group in celebrating the summer solstice at the Pacific Bonsai Museum! This is a great opportunity to see what taichi and qigong are about and to try it out yourself, all in a beautiful calming space.

WHEN: Saturday, June 22, 2024. Participatory demonstrations will be at the following times:
4:30pm     8 Brocade (a simple, easy-to-follow set of eight breathing and movement exercises)
5:30pm     Cleansing Qigong series (a series of breathing exercises to cleanse your energy and leave you feeling vitalized!)
6:30pm     Yang Style Taichi (we will be doing a number of hand forms as well as a fan form)
