FEBRUARY QIGONG WORKSHOPS

You will have the chance to join my at THREE qigong workshops I will be giving in February.

Qigong is an “energy exercise” that connects the mind and body to promote healing. Learn to use your breath in a simple practice to help circulate your body’s energy and connect with others. Even if you’ve come before, you’re welcome to come again! You will leave this workshop feeling both energized and relaxed!

Please wear comfortable loose clothing.

INTRO TO TAI CHI

Have you ever been curious about the groups of people doing tai chi in the park? Do you want to improve your strength and balance without having to go to the gym? Do you need a way to calm your mind while doing something active? Want to learn something new for the new year?

This is the workshop for you!

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that exercises the mind and body through slow movements. Practicing tai chi regularly can improve balance and coordination, increase energy and stamina, reduce stress, and calm the mind. Come learn about the fundamental tai chi principles and basic tai chi movements. This FREE workshop will involve active participation so please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

GET BACK ON TRACK FOR THE NEW YEAR

Do you have trouble sticking to your resolutions for the new year? Could your goals be too broad or too vague?

Learn to set realistic resolutions, establish intentions and create an outline of your goals for the year. During this workshop, I will help you prioritize and break down your goal into attainable steps so you stay on track all year and beyond!

Even if you came last year, you’re welcome to come revisit your goals and make new ones!
