Have you ever been curious about the groups of people doing tai chi in the park? Do you want to improve your strength and balance without having to go to the gym? Do you need a way to calm your mind while doing something active? Want to learn something new for the new year?

This is the workshop for you!

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that exercises the mind and body through slow movements. Practicing tai chi regularly can improve balance and coordination, increase energy and stamina, reduce stress, and calm the mind. Come learn about the fundamental tai chi principles and basic tai chi movements. This FREE workshop will involve active participation so please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
