Summer Taichi Series

This summer, I will be teaching a series of FREE taichi workshops at two different locations. This is a great opportunity to experience what taichi is all about. There is no experience needed and you can come to one or all of the workshops. It is not required to come to any previous session.

Taichi is an ancient Chinese martial art that exercises the mind and body through slow movements. Practicing taichi regularly can improve balance and coordination, increase energy and stamina, reduce stress, and calm the mind. Come learn about the fundamental taichi principles and basic taichi movements.

This workshop will involve active participation so please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Dress accordingly for weather as sessions will held outdoors.
